150,000 years ago… I elected to enter the domain of the 5th dimension of the planet Venus in this celestial quadrant as the youngest child of Lord Sanat and Lady Venus Khumara who are the Overlords of Venus as well as Earth.
These were and are the wisest, most noble and compassionate Universal Activists whom I had, throughout endless time, come to cherish with heartfelt admiration and respect.

With them, I developed as a sentient being. I subsequently fulfilled the role of Ambassador for crusading peace in unstable worlds of chaos. As well, I was trained as a spiritual light warrior for when it was necessary to engage in battle with ruthless adversaries to protect harmonious planets.

As time passed, I began to get involved with Earth. I entered your world several times throughout your history. Atlantis, Lemuria and henceforth.

Devolution of the human species into the abyss of mayhem encouraged my continued involvement as peacekeeper.

I often worked with the inner planetary leaders of Agharta, your only truly consistent peaceful civilization.

In preparation for once again reentering as an Emissary of Good Will in present time… I convinced my reluctant Twin Flame, Commander Mora — my Soul’s equal and opposite polarity companion — to join forces with me to undertake the dangerous Agenda of a Mercy Mission upon a barbaric world he usually would never consent to. After prolonged insistent convincing he finally agreed. We surrendered our sanctuary of Venusian Family and position of Galactic Federation Commanders and entered the womb of one of your mothers as twins. Elvis Aron and Jesse Garon Presley were the names given. Unfortunately, the baby body I was to use perished upon birth. This event forced me back to Venus leaving Mora [Elvis] alone to perform a task he did not want and didn’t have the necessary skills as I had for the success of such a crucial Agenda.

I wasn’t allowed back to Earth by our Hierarchical Council regardless of how adamant my determination with sound argument. I was told I had to hope he would fulfill the Assignment and wait until he returned home. Although Mora [Elvis] was given exceptionally powerful expertise in my stead to accomplish the Assignment – voice of song… I knew the chance was great he would fail the Mission without my experienced guidance.

I repeatedly tried to return to him for nearly 20 of your Earth years. My attempts were always thwarted.

Ultimately… I escaped.

There wasn’t time for me to enter via the birth process, so I contacted one of your suffering children who was being horrifically tormented in a cult of diabolical practices. She had a strong desire to die. She and I contracted a mutual agreement granting her liberation and my entry through the Walk-In process we Venusians often exercise in this and other worlds for our benevolent Agendas. We must always, without exception, have free will permission by the potential Host.

Upon her transition… she and I, in perfect synchronization, exchanged our Soul bodies before her physical body lapsed into cellular decay.

She was embraced by the Federation and I entered the Earth body I presently inhabit when it was 6 years of age.

Sheer determination inspired me to survive many years of brutal cult abuse and decades of vicious assaults by others to follow; which assisted me in my challenging prospective task as transmuter, to a degree, of your global collective emotional body of violence, war and speciesism.

My quest for my Twin Flame proved futile as my memory of his Host body was concealed from me as repercussion for escape and descension here without Council permission. I had no choice but to continue alone and brokenhearted.

As an ET Protectorate… to the best of my limited ability here, I have been involved in alleviating the suffering of animals… infinite trillions times trillions of innocent and defenseless sentient creature victims of humans all through Earth history. Representing their voice against endless exploitive genocidal atrocities upon their Animal Kingdom my highest priority. I have been gravely persecuted for this crusade of justice.

I have prepared you for our upcoming Evacuation Agenda and the inherited spiritual/molecular criteria for those humans longing to Graduate from the entrapment of the reincarnation death cycle and wish to return Home amongst the stars.

I shared the possibility of evacuation of the Animal Kingdom to preserve what precious infinitesimal fragment of life there remains.

I informed you that Earth presently sheds her planetary body during her process of metamorphosis ultimately being reborn as the 2nd Sun that will occupy this solar system.

I represent a biological barometer to monitor your response to our presence and interaction. I Activated your Awakening and Remembering for those who responded to it.

Continual persecution, torment, threats, kidnappings and assassination attempts could not stifle my relentless tenacity in loyalty to my Mission here on Earth. This unwavering persistence defied the odds until the tragic day my young daughter was kidnapped… after my son had likewise been so out of fear by another source… forcing me, finally, into underground silence.

I continued exposing UFO cover-ups in a more subdued manner.

I provided regressive time travel therapy for those who have had UFO-Alien encounters and abductions, were curious about their own ET heritage from distant past, reconnecting them with loved ones who had passed from this plane and for a myriad of other reasons.

Determined my self-enforced quarantine had prevailed long enough, I emerged as an outspoken Extraterrestrial Ambassador once again… established on the Hawaiian Isle of Kauai, one of the world’s most significant energetic Vortex Portholes {concentrated energy not cultural based}.

Now that he no longer walks amongst you, I was finally informed/reminded of the Host body my Twin Flame inhabited.

You embraced Elvis deeply as he touched your very Souls and quickly exalted him to one of your most profound celebrities.

Upon his earthly ‘death’ transition… he was prepped by Galactic Council for his Return in 1994 via Walk-In process as laid out in this dossier. When that 5 year participation came to a close, he returned to his/our Home world of Venus for extensive healing, traveled interdimensionally throughout the heavens then subsequently reclaimed his original Galactic position of Commander and Earth Planner.
